A standard session is 50 minutes in total. However, we can book longer sessions at your request.
How often do I need to attend sessions?
I usually arrange weekly sessions with each client to start with. However, this is determined by your schedule and circumstances. If you're in a crisis, you may find that more frequent sessions are beneficial, but as you start to improve, you may want to reduce the time we spend together. If you have a specific situation you need advice on, you might come for just one session. It's all up to you.
How many sessions do I need?
The number of sessions you attend is entirely up to you and what you feel comfortable with. Some individuals will see results in just a few weeks, but others may take a little longer. On average, each client may attend 3 to 25 sessions. If you have a specific situation you need advice on, you might come for just one session. There are no strict rules, so it's whatever works for you.
Are sessions covered by health insurance?
My sessions are not covered by health insurance. I offer private pay services, and my clients typically pay out of pocket.
Tam saved our relationship from a very dark place. There was a time in our marriage when we just stopped being together and started existing under the same roof.
