Hi, I'm Tam and I help people break patterns that feel out of control — addiction, OCD, chronic relationship conflict, anxiety and panic, insomnia, and ADHD-related difficulties.

I work with English and Russian-speaking expats, international professionals, and their families across the globe. Having lived and worked in the UK, Hong Kong, and Switzerland, I understand unique challenges faced by internationally mobile individuals and cross-cultural couples.

Alongside my private practice, I work at an inpatient rehabilitation clinic in Switzerland, supporting clients with complex addiction and mental health conditions.
