• For any individual or couple session, you can request a full refund up to 24 hours before your session—no questions asked.
• If you've purchased a 10-session package, you can seek a refund for the remaining sessions with a 24-hour notice—again, no questions asked.
• To reschedule your call, simply use the link provided in your confirmation email, ensuring you provide a 24-hour notice.
• Please note, we are unable to provide a refund in the case of a no-show or cancellations with less than 24-hour notice.
• If you happen to run late, please be aware that the session time cannot be extended.
